Achim Büchner
COO (Chief Operating Officer) and co-owner of oraïse. He has been with the company since 2002 and his experience in the IT industry spans more than 25 years. He manages oraïse’s operations and ensures the technical quality and efficiency of our services and solutions. His areas of responsibility include service desk, 2nd and 3rd level support, as well as service and support management.

Dietmar Grün
Dietmar Grün is a CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) and co-owner of oraïse. He has been on board since 2010 and has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly in the area of IT for financial markets. He has been responsible for all sales and partnership strategies since 2014. Dietmar Grün is valued as a visionary, a committed and customer-focused contact for the concerns and needs of oraïse’s customers and partners.

Jan Kaars
CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and co-owner of oraïse. He has been in charge of procurement, finance and controlling since 2008. He has more than 20 years of experience in the finance and IT sectors.

Michael Schobert
CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and co-owner of oraïse. He has been with the company since 2010 and has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, which he gained in various companies. He was appointed to the oraïse management team in 2015. Since 2023, he has been Managing Director.
